Installation and System Requirements
Installing ACI/CRAL
1. Click the link and save the file provided by your OneCall representitive.
2. Once the download finishes, select Open Folder.
3. Double-click ACIOne_Setup.exe.
4. Click Next through the install prompts.
5. Click Finish when the installation completes.
Running Web Updates
- In ACI Report go to Help > ACI Web Updates.
- When Prompted, close all open ACI applications.
- At the Web Updates window, click Go.
- Once complete click Exit or review the Release Notes.

*Please note: The specs listed below are intended to provide the least amount of resources for ACI to run on your system. This will greatly impact your experience using our software.

- Storage: 5GB + (free space)

- Satellite
- Browser should be updated to within the latest two versions.
