Review these data-entry checks before submitting a UAD 3.6 report in ACI Sky™ Workbench. Complete each applicable entry so the report contains the property and comparable information required for submission.
1. Add every level and its rooms
In Unit Interior – Levels and Rooms, each level (floor) must have an entry that describes the level’s location, finished area, and rooms.
- Click Add Level and Rooms to add a level.
- Complete the level type, grade type, area, and room-count fields for that level.

Repeat these steps for each level in the property.
2. Add details for every kitchen and bathroom
In Unit Interior – Kitchen and Bathrooms, create a corresponding Kitchen and Bathroom Details entry for every kitchen and bathroom listed in Level and Room Details.
- Click Add Kitchen or Bathroom and create one entry for each kitchen and bathroom.

- Enter the room, level, update status, time frame when updated if applicable, and condition status.

3. Add required exterior features
In Dwelling Exterior – Exterior Features, enter details for the foundation, exterior walls, and roof when the property owner is responsible for exterior maintenance. Window details are recommended.
- Click Add Exterior Feature and create one entry for each exterior feature.

- Complete the Feature Type, Material, and Condition Status fields for each entry.

4. Complete transfer history for each comparable
Complete the Prior Sale and Transfer History for each comparable.
- Click Add Comparable Transfer History.

- Enter the comparable number.
- Indicate whether a prior sale or transfer occurred during the required one-year lookback period.
- Select the data source.
- If applicable, enter the prior sale or transfer amount.

Repeat these steps for every comparable in the report.
