Start Here

1. Go to ACI Sky Workbench and sign in with your Eagle ID.
2. Open an existing order or create a new one from the Order Dashboard.
3. Use the Progress Tracker to complete report sections.
4. Use the Order Workspace for reference materials, research, files, and PDF preview.
5. Review Conditional Relevance after required sections are complete.
6. Click Review to check for errors or missing information.
7. Make corrections and rerun Review until the report passes.
8. Click Deliver to complete the assignment.

Progress Tracker

The Progress Tracker is the primary place to complete the assignment and contains all URAR fields.

• Open report sections
• Enter information in all applicable fields
• Complete required fields
• Track progress status: Not Started, In Progress, or Completed
• Move through the report using Next

Fields may appear or no longer be required based on the subject property and information entered. Future enhancements will include data and MLS auto-population to help save time.

Order Workspace

The Order Workspace provides supporting tools and reference materials.

• Assignment Information: Maps, photos, floor plans, appendix, and inspection or comp photos
• Subject & Market Research: Subject details, comparables, filters, map tools, and imports
• Report Builder: Coming Soon. Complete report sections in the Progress Tracker
• Files & Photos: Upload, preview, search, download, and manage files
• PDF View: Preview the URAR report at any time

Before You Deliver

• Complete all required report sections
• Review Conditional Relevance selections
• Run Review and correct errors
• Confirm the report passes review
