ACI Bulletin in Response to COVID-19

On Monday, both Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac announced they are working with FHFA to offer temporary measures during the COVID-19 pandemic that provides flexibility in the appraisal workflow, allowing for desktop and exterior-only inspection appraisals under the condition that a traditional appraisal cannot be obtained.
To address this flexibility, ACI has created a new rule set within the Sky Delivery platform called GSE2020 PAR, which will account for the flexibilities provided by the GSE’s running until May 20, 2020. Sky Delivery will continue to function in the same fashion as it does for your business today. The GSE2020 rules will only be triggered by the appropriate indicator in the map reference page; in all other scenarios we will default to your standard profile/set-up.
