SureStep® mobile Account Setup

To access all the features that SureStep mobile has to offer, you’ll need to update your software and establish your account. Follow these steps:

First, run the ACI WebUpdate to add the SureStep eService within your desktop software.

With any report open on your ACI software, you can either click on the phone icon on the toolbar or navigate through eServices > Import > From SureStep mobile.

For new users, start by clicking on Create an Account found below the Sign In button.

You’ll be asked to input your email address— click Continue. Confirm your email, enter your full name, and hit Submit. A Success message will appear to confirm the action.

Next, check your email for an Invitation to ACI ID message from ACI Identity.

Inside the email, you should see a link to Create your ACI ID—click on it. Ensure your email address is correct and select Send Verification Code.

Once you receive the Verification Code via email, enter it back on the page and select Verify Code. Upon the successful input of the verification code, go on to input your phone number. Here, you get to decide between a phone verification (via a call) or a text message; choose Call Me or Text Me accordingly. Shortly, you will either receive a phone call where you’ll be prompted to press the hash key (#) or a text with a code that you should enter back on the website to verify.

With your phone number verified, the final steps involve confirming your name and choosing Continue. You will then create a unique username and password for your SureStep account. By clicking on Create Account & Sign In and seeing the Sign Up Complete message, your sign-up is confirmed.
