ACI: What’s Next for Appraisal

A biweekly conversation bringing clarity to evolving standards, workflows, and appraisal practice.

About this series

What’s Next for Appraisal is ACI’s biweekly thought leadership series for appraisers, AMCs, and industry partners who want clarity on where appraisal technology is headed and how to prepare with confidence.

As standards, workflows, and expectations continue to evolve, these sessions are designed to step back from day-to-day updates and provide meaningful context on what’s changing, why it matters, and how those changes show up in real appraisal practice.

Each session offers perspective on:

  • How ACI’s platform is evolving, including Workbench and the broader ACI ecosystem
  • Standards alignment and regulatory context, including UAD 3.6
  • What capabilities are available today and how to think about what’s coming next
  • The role of mobile, intelligent automation, and enterprise modernization in appraisal workflows

The goal of this series is to reduce uncertainty and help the industry navigate change thoughtfully. What’s Next for Appraisal connects the dots between standards, technology, and practice so you can make informed decisions and plan ahead with greater confidence.

How the Series Works

  • Biweekly, 30-minute town hall sessions
  • Listen-only format with moderated Q&A
  • Open to appraisers, AMCs, and industry professionals
  • Focused on context, perspective, and real-world implications

Questions may be submitted live through the Q&A box during each session, and select questions are addressed as part of the discussion.
