ACI Report will not open or show on screen

This error is most likely due to ACI Report appearing open on another monitor. Follow the instructions below to recover the program.

  1. Locate the ACI Report icon on your Window’s taskbar.
  2. Hover your mouse over the icon and the preview window that appears.
  3. Right-click to get the screen menu options, and then left-click on Maximize.

Alternatively, single-left click on the ACI Report icon on the taskbar then press ALT-Spacebar to bring up the screen options menu for ACI Report.
