ACI | How to Setup your ACI ID/Workbench Login

Please follow the instructions below to set up your ACI ID to gain access to ACI Sky Workbench.

1. Open ACI Report and any existing report.
2. Go to the tool bar and click on the Mobile phone icon. (last icon in the tool bar)
3. If prompted, enter the Company password.
4. Click on Create an Account.
5. Enter your email address and click on Continue.
6. Confirm your email address, enter your first and last name, then click Submit.
7. Close the window when you see the Success message at the bottom.
8. Check your email inbox for the invitation to ACI ID and click Create your ACI ID. (the email comes from ACI Identity)
9. Review your email address and click on Send Verification Code.
10. Retrieve the verification code from your email and enter it, then click Verify Code.
11. Click Next.
12. Enter your phone number and choose Call Me or Text Me to proceed.
13. Once you receive the message, enter the code and click Verify Code.
14. Confirm your name and click Continue.
15. Create a username and password for your login, then click on Create Account and Sign In.
16. Setup is complete when you see the Sign Up Complete window.
