Fannie Mae Extended UCDP Maintenance

There will be extended maintenance on Uniform Collateral Data Portal® (UCDP®) and Collateral Underwriter® (CU®), as follows:

UCDP Production Environment: Saturday, Feb. 2, 2019 5:00 p.m. EDT, until Sunday, Feb. 3, 2019 8:00 a.m. EDT

During this maintenance, any new appraisal submissions to Fannie Mae will have a status of “In Progress” and will be processed automatically in UCDP when maintenance is complete, but it will not be visible in CU until after its maintenance is completed (see below).

CU Production Environment: Saturday, Feb. 2, 2019 3:00 p.m. EDT, until Sunday, Feb. 3, 2019 11:00 a.m. EDT

During this maintenance, CU will not show new appraisals; CU will queue any new appraisal submissions, and they will be visible after 11 a.m. on Sunday, Feb. 3. Real time scores will remain available on Saturday, Feb. 2 from 3 p.m. ET until the beginning of the UCDP maintenance at 5 p.m. ET.

Fannie Mae Extended UCDP Maintenance

Fannie Mae Maintenance Summary: Effective February 24, Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac (the GSEs) will support self-password reset in the Uniform Collateral Data Portal® (UCDP®), which will allow general UCDP users to reset their own passwords through the UCDP Portal. The UCDP will be unavailable for 12 hours during deployment.

During the above outage, users will not be able to access the UCDP Production and Integration environments to submit or review appraisals.

The following maintenance activity has been planned for FHA’s Electronic Appraisal Delivery (EAD) PRODUCTION and INTEGRATION portals. This EAD outage will impact access to the EAD Portal and DI connections which will not be available throughout the entire duration of the maintenance window. When the maintenance is complete, you may continue with submissions.

There are no changes to functionality or system behavior. When the maintenance is complete, you may continue with submissions.
