Sure, it’s a snap! The File Lister tool can quickly filter through your appraisal report archive. We even set up some predefined view and search schemes to make it easy to get started.
Simply pick the File Lister icon on the button bar then switch the View Scheme, with the first drop-down at the bottom of the screen, to Property Address. The layout changes automatically and the Find selection will now be switched to Street Name, where you can type your selection. If you want to narrow down the list to certain date ranges or job types, try picking one of the predefined Search Schemes from the second drop-down list.
Search Schemes narrow down your search to a certain range of data, such as “only 1004_05UAD forms in Las Vegas with prices ranging from $250,000-$300,000.” To get started, click the File Lister icon (or CTRL+SHIFT+O). Then select the Setup Search Scheme icon to the right of the Search menu.

If you do not have data in File Lister, select Import and navigate to your ACI Report files. Shift-click on reports (.ACI or .ZOO only) you would like to import or select all (CTRL+A). To automatically import future reports, choose Options > Environment > Integration, then verify that you have checked the box for Update order database on close.
