WebUpdate

WebUpdate is available to all ACI, Lighthouse™, and MCS clients who have a current Premier Service Subscription. Performing regular web updates can help ensure your software is current with the latest services and features available.

WebUpdate Guide

How do I run WebUpdate?

All clients with a current Premier Service subscription can run WebUpdate to obtain
software updates and solutions. Self-guided assistance is available in the following
ACI resources:

  • Read the ACI Tech Doc: Using WebUpdate.
  • View the ACI inMOTION video: Using WebUpdate.
  • Follow the steps below to run WebUpdate:
    1. In Report, click Help > ACI WebUpdate.
    2. If prompted, enter the company password and click OK.
    3. Click Go to download the updates.
      NOTE:The Special Update ID field should be left blank unless otherwise instructed by ACI.
    4. Click Next to launch the InstallShield Wizard.
    5. Click Yes to accept the end-user license agreement.
    6. Click OK when the update completes and click Exit to close the WebUpdater.
