ACI2010™ UAD introduces new compliance features to help you easily transition to the new GSE requirements. Producing UAD-compliant reports is a simple task with ACI2010™. You will find adopting UAD responses into your workflow both intuitive and seamless.

The UAD update is available FREE of charge to ACI clients who have an active Premier Service agreement.

	UAD Report Paks UAD-enabled Report Paks for 1004, 1073, 1075, and 2055 forms are available. Each UAD form includes a UAD definitions page containing details of code definitions, abbreviations, and UAD-specific handling.
	Built-in Guidance UAD compliance dialogs and UAD compliance alerts are designed to assist you with meeting UAD requirements. These features are configurable to your preferences and available when you need guidance.
	Field-Level Data Validation ACI2010™ provides validation messages to help you make the correct choices when entering data in fields that only accept certain formats. ACI has built-in help to keep you on track and your reports compliant.
	Address Validation Ensure format of all addresses conform with USPS address standards for street number, street name, city, state, and ZIP code with the "Lookup Address" validation service built-in to ACI2010™.
	Automated Tools GSE Appendix D instructs the appraisers on unit of measure for lot size. ACI automatically converts square feet-to-acres or acres-to-square-feet, when appropriate, as you enter data in your reports.
	Change Report Type Easily switch report types to accommodate orders originally requested on a non-UAD form, or vice versa.
	Interactive Features Complex UAD entries which require both selections for the UAD picklists, as well as commentary, are supported with intuitive, interactive dialogs and feature alerts for required entries and formatting.
