Lighthouse is a universal appraisal delivery program that enables appraisers to open, review and deliver appraisals created by many of the industry's appraisal software programs. Once an appraisal is opened via Lighthouse, the appraiser has the opportunity to proof the report, run client-specific review rules, secure with a password protected, USPAP compliant electronic signature, and deliver the appraisal using the client's custom eService. The standard Lighthouse appraisal file is a comprehensive package including the report, addendum, sketch, limiting conditions, photos, maps, and electronic signature.
Lighthouse includes up-to-date client-specific forms, PARLogic® review rules, as well as custom delivery technology. Lenders can view and print Lighthouse-compatible files simply by downloading the FREE Lighthouse Reader.
