To quickly remove blank pages from within a report, click File > Remove Empty Forms. A confirmation window will appear asking if you are sure you wish to remove empty forms.
Click Yes to remove empty forms or click No to cancel.
NOTE: Check Do not show this message again to suppress the confirmation prompt. If you would like to restore the confirmation prompt, contact our OneCall help team.
The Report program checks specific fields for data to determine if a form is an empty form. Removing empty forms does not affect file size.
You may also right-click in the Component List and click Remove empty forms.
