Both ACI and Lighthouse™ software support delivery to AppraisalPort. You will need a current support contract as well as a current eServices contract.
Question: How can a user determine whether their ACI product can transmit reports in the AIReady format?
Answer: Verify your ACI product is up-to-date with WebUpdate, and verify that you have an active ACI eServices subscription.
How to: Launch Report and click Help > License Information, then click on the Web Products Tab, and click Refresh at the bottom. This will show you if ACI’s eService for AIReady is active and it's expiration date. If you do not have an active ACI eService subscription, please call ACI Sales at 800-234-8727 and press option 1.
