Ive recently installed, then subsequently uninstalled, Office 2007 Pro on my laptop (Dell Inspiron with, Ugh!! Vista) where I do most of my emailing from. By default, I am back to my Vista-packaged email program Windows Mail.

 Upon sending (or attempting to send) my next report, Ive found that my "Send Report" function no longer operates properly. Now I cannot send files directly from within ACI. Ive run the system check utility and updated to hopefully correct the situation- to no avail. Unless I can fix this, I have to attach files from outside the program.

 Recap:

From file menu  -- send report--- send to other --- select profile is standard ACI Rapid File---- Select Service is now BLANK.

 Suggestions?

One more thing. Upon selecting "send to other", my MS Outlook and/or Windows Mail always launched seamlessly. This is something completely new. Ive looked under Options/Mail Services and Outlook98/file is no longer an available option.
