    Printing orders - Annoying Problem

    Hello,

When I create an order and print the order, it always prints two sheets.  The first sheet has my order on it and the second page is always just boxes (no data).   Is there any way that I can configure ACI Track to only print one letter size page when I print an order?   I know I can with Invoices, is there a way to do with orders?   It seems like such a waste of paper!

     Thanks.

Re: Printing orders - Annoying Problem

    Hello yarwood622,

Actually, it's more dependant on your printer settings and the content of your Track Orders—the additional info and comments print there. On Legal size paper everything fits on one page.

Issue: Order printout from Track appearing on two pages.

Resolution:  Change the printer settings for your default printer in Control Panel > Printer > Printing Preferences to Legal instead of Letter.

How To: Close out of ACI products, and go into the Printer settings (usually right click and select Printer Preferences). Change the printout to Legal. Then go into ACI Report and click File > Printer Setup and make sure ACI Report still sees that printer as the default printer. Now Track will be able to print your orders and squeeze all the fields from that order onto one page.

Hope this helps, just let us know if you have further questions.

    At your service,
    Andrew
