Commonly entered data can be saved for use in future Sky reports by using the Picklist fly-out. Enter the text, and while in that field click Picklist on the right sidebar of the page. Choose Add New Picklist Item and a dialog will show your data. Confirm the data is correct, and click Save. To use the saved data in a new report, or a similar field, click the down arrow (appearing on the left side of the field the data was originally entered in) and choose the data you want use in the new field.
Note: the last 10 responses entered into a field are displayed by default in the picklist menu. This feature is optional and can be disabled.
