Hey everyone! Long time, no blog, eh? Please accept my blogology as my department has been slammed steering appraisal offices over to ACI. In case you didn't read it on the wire, the ACI appraiser family grew significantly with the acquisition of Day One® and United Systems®. In just a few months, my tech team has learned a ton about AppraisalStudio™ and NOVA™, and at the same time we've managed to help appraisers solve problems on those platforms. It's quite fascinating (ok, maybe “interesting” is a better word) that the same troubleshooting techniques apply across platforms. You got any other brands you want me to take a crack at? We've seen a significant upturn in the biz—I haven't spoken to so many busy appraisers which is great news for our industry. Hopefully you are one of the busy offices. And I'd have to agree that's a valid point…hence the long pause since my last entry on the site.
The Daytona 500 comes to our neck of the woods this week which tells me that Spring will soon sprung and hopefully make life in the field a little easier.
